About Joshua's Moving and Packing Services

Joshua's Moving and Packing Services is a licensed, insured moving company serving the Bay Area. When you opt in to our text messaging program, you may receive non-marketing messages related to appointment reminders, order confirmations, and service updates.

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent checkbox on our website forms, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Joshua's Moving and Packing Services, including appointment reminders, order confirmations, and service updates related to your existing inquiry or booking.

Consent is collected through an explicit, optional checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (415) 499-2093. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency & Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our SMS messaging service. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
